2. Data we collect

Through the forms on this website we collect the data you provide voluntarily: name, email, phone and the content of your message. For workshops, we also collect the workshop name and city.

When you use the mobile app, we may process additional data needed to provide the service, such as your vehicle details, bookings and payments.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to respond to your enquiries, manage workshop registration requests, provide you with the service and keep you informed, always provided you have given us your consent to do so.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent when submitting the forms, as well as the performance of the contractual relationship where applicable and our legitimate interest in responding to your communications.

5. Data retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods legally required. When it is no longer needed, we will delete it securely.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required or where it is essential to provide the service (for example, technology providers or payment gateways acting as data processors).

Card payments are processed through our bank's virtual POS (TPV Virtual). Card details are entered directly on the bank's secure payment gateway, and Motokay has no access to the full card number.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@motokay.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades, APDA) or, if you live in the European Union, with the supervisory authority in your country (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our service. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
